The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate until that person has given prior permission for the release of the results or they are not capable of understanding the results.
If you have registered your current mobile phone number with us you will receive a text asking you to book a results call with the GP if we need to discuss a result with you. Results calls can be booked in advance and the GP will call you on the day of your choice between 11:30am-2pm. Same day results calls are available by calling the surgery at 9am. Appointments cannot be booked for same day calls before 9am. Same day calls are very limited and are booked on a first come first serve basis.
Please understand that our receptionists are not medically qualified and so cannot answer any questions about your results.

Tests that are organised by hospital wards and clinics are not normally available through our results service. You must contact the hospital ward or clinic secretary to find out the results of hospital tests
Please note that from the 1st January 2011 we will be charging for Private Prescriptions and increasing the charges for NON NHS Services.
