COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic
We are delighted to confirm that we now have a permanent site in the West Wickham area offering COVID-19 vaccinations for our patients, with our first deliveries of vaccines arriving this week.
We are well under way towards getting our priority groups vaccinated. Many of our most vulnerable patients have already received their first vaccination at Beckenham Beacon. We have worked together with other sites to ensure we get as many people vaccinated as quickly as possible.
Each of the vaccination sites across the borough of Bromley are run by Primary Care Networks (PCN’s) that see GP practices working together in geographic areas to offer vaccinations from central sites. Most PCN’s in our local area, including ours, are working with the Bromley GP Alliance to roll out the vaccination programme.

Site Details are as follows:
West Wickham & Shirley Baptist Church, Wickham Road, Shirley, CR0 8EH
Entrance: The way into the vaccination centre is via the sports hall on Monks Orchard Road.
By Bus: Main bus routes that run to the church are the 194, 119 and 356.
By Car: Parking on site is for blue badge holders only.
The following roads offer on street parking which are near the site: • Wickham Road • Oak Avenue • Monks Orchard Road. All roads are a five-minute walk away from the church.
Please note: Due to a strict social distancing policy and vaccine supply only patients with an appointment will be seen at the vaccine site. Please do not attend the site without a booked appointment.
Often the clinics are given very short notice of vaccine deliveries so please expect to be called at short notice. Invitations are being sent by Text, telephone call and letters. Arrangements are also in place for housebound patients to receive their vaccinations at home.
Remember – You WILL be contacted when it’s your turn to be vaccinated.
Please be patient and don’t call the practice as it’s important to leave the lines free for patients requiring medical appointments.
Thank you for your patience.
